Eyal Lifschitz
CEO, General Partner & Co-Founder
of Peregrine Ventures, ITIF’s Chairman
Mr. Eyal Lifschitz is the CEO, General Partner and a Co-Founder of Peregrine Ventures. Eyal serves on behalf of Peregrine Ventures on the Boards of Valtech Cardio Ltd, Neovasc Medical Ltd, Neurosonix Ltd, CadioNova Ltd & NLT Ltd.
Prior to founding Peregrine Ventures, Eyal co-founded numerous medical technology companies including: 1990 to 1994. Director of Business Development, PharmaSys (acquired by Elan Corp. NYSE:ELN), 1994 to 2001. General Manager, ECR (acquired by AVX Corp. NYSE:AVX), 1997 to 2001 Director of Business Development, Visioncare Ophthalmic Technologies 1999 to 2001, Director of Business Development, BioControl Ltd. Eyal also served as a Director of Given Imaging (NASDAQ: GIVN) 2003-2007.

David Zigdon
President and CEO
Mr. Zigdon joined Rad BioMed in March 2010 after a two-decade career as
CEO/CFO of a succession of successful high tech firms, including Bynet,
Bynet Electronics, Radcom (Nasdaq: RDCM), Magic Software (Nasdaq: MGIC)
and Time To Know.
Mr. Zigdon is a CPA and holds a BA degree in economics
and an LLM degree from Bar Ilan University.

Moshe Katzenelson
Moshe Katzenelson
Moshe Katzenelson is CEO of Technion Seed – and incubator which is owned by several prominent VC funds, and operates as a pre-seed investment arm for those funds. Moshe is an experienced seed-stage investor with hands-on experience in engineering, project management, international sales and strategic planning. Before joining Technion Seed in 2007, Moshe spent over seven years with Israeli venture capital funds. He managed investments at StageOne Ventures and at LabOne Innovations, the fund’s start-up
incubator. Moshe began his career in the Israeli Air Force R&D unit, and then held
marketing and sales positions with ECI Telecom. He also filled key marketing and
strategic planning positions at Pelephone , Israel ' s first cellular carrier. He holds a B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion – the Israeli Institute of Technology, and an MBA degree from Tel-Aviv University .

Haim Kopans

Haim is one of the foremost experts in the field of database and business process
technologies in the world today. Founder and former CTO of Precise Software Solutions, a JVP portfolio company and leading provider of business and e-commerce application
performance management solutions, Haim assisted in growing Precise from its founding in 1990 through a successful IPO in 2000. In 2003, Precise was acquired by Veritas for $609 million. With vast experience and contacts in the fields of enterprise software, storage, data and content management, and security technologies, Haim is an
invaluable resource for JVP's current portfolio and investment team, providing thought leadership and resources for business development.
Before joining Precise, Haim was a consultant with SCP Systems, and a systems analyst for the Israeli Defense Forces. With over 20 years of high-tech experience, Haim's
reputation and in-depth knowledge of the sector helped to make Precise the industry leader that it is today. In his capacity as venture partner, Haim is instrumental in finding and evaluating new investments within his areas of expertise, as well as providing
guidance to JVP and its entire portfolio. Haim holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Lior Shahory

Lior is the CEO of Incentive since 2005, during which Incentive was announced as Israel's leading incubator for its performance during the years 2006 and 2008. Lior has extensive experience in early stage investments, strategic planning, business
development and in working with entrepreneurs to establish successful companies. Lior serves on behalf of Incentive on the Board of Directors of NLT Ltd., Apexum Ltd. and on all of Incentive's seed companies. Prior to managing Incentive, Lior served as the Deputy Program Director of The Incubators Program. Lior Holds an MBA from Tel-Aviv University and a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from the University of Haifa.

Steve Rhodes
CEO of the Misgav Venture Accelerator
Steve Rhodes has been the CEO of the Misgav Venture Accelerator since August 2004. Steve earned a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago . He worked for Bank Leumi for close to ten years and rose to the position of deputy manager of the Bank's International Division. In 1988 Steve joined SRD Medical as the company's CFO. He held several positions in SRD's marketing department, becoming vice president of sales and marketing. He left the company in 1993, forming The Trendlines Group with D. Todd Dollinger. Since becoming the CEO of Misgav in 2004, Steve has led the process of refocusing and rebranding the organization. In September, 2007, The Trendlines Group acquired Misgav .
